  • Being a travel booking portal, we only charge a service fee from our customers.
  • To initiate a flight refund, you need to submit a cancellation request at least 24 hours before departure to our customer service department.
  • If you miss your flight, any cancellation or refund will be subject to the airline's specific rules and regulations.
  • Refund processing takes time as it involves third-party providers.
  • After submitting a cancellation request, you’ll receive an email confirmation regarding your refund.
  • A cancellation confirmation does not always guarantee a refund. This will be processed according to the airline's policy.
  • Refunds will be credited into your bank account, but the service fee is non-refundable and will be deducted.
  • Kindly note that the refund processing may take 30-60 days from the date of the cancellation request.
